HOW TO ORDER:
1.  Add to Cart > Personalize > Checkout.

2. During checkout, please include your full name, contact #, email,  and description if applicable. Please read notes regarding on shipping during checkout.
3. Our Award Art Inc team member might call or email to follow up with the order.
 


ARTWORK:
We strongly recommend all artwork and wordings to be computer generated and sent by email for best results. Please also provide clear layout instructions and information about the content of the plaque/s.

Before we work on the proof or a template for large quantity production, please double check the following:
- Spelling, grammar, punctuation of wordings and names
- For laser engraving plaques, logo should be sharp with detail, black and white, vector artwork.
- Font style requested with font name. ( Otherwise, we will do our best to select fonts for you)
- Logo/picture/ photo should be in best resolution (300dpi or greater) for best results. We accept EPS, PNG, CDR, PDF, PSD, JPEG, files.
- We reserve the right to use the art provided and adjust the spacing, alignment and sizing for best appearance.
- We provide free basic set ups and personalization. Additional cost of $40+ May applied for logo and artwork touch up that takes more than half hour.

PRICING: Prices and products offered through our website are subject to change without notice. If the price listed is different from the actual price, we will notify you before process and finalize your order. If the order is from our online checkout, we will calculate the difference and adjust accordingly.
 


MINIMUM ORDER:
Our minimum order policy is $30 for each order.

Medals: Order Quantity of 10 or more of the same type of medals.

Economy Trophies: Order Quantity of 6 or more of the same type of trophies ($30 worth). 
 


PRODUCTION TIME:
Depending on the product, please allow 5 business days after artwork approval for order completion. Big orders will need longer processing time depending on the project. Projects that allow flexible design or item choices will shorten the process. We will make every effort to accommodate your needs.
 


RUSH ORDERS:
Rush charge may apply to orders less than 4 working business days.



TRADEMARK:
Liability for correct use of a trademark rests with the customer. We reserve the right to photograph or show as samples, items produced by us without any liability on our part as to trademark or artwork rights. Most of the logs shown are used for display purposes only.
 


PAYMENT:
We gladly accept Cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, AMEX and Checks. Returned checks will incur a $25 service charge. 

We also can send Electronic Online Payment Invoice for secured payment through Email.
